Delivery Terms

Some particular products or ranges may have a longer lead time and need to be ordered in, if this is the case you will be notified on the product description page.

All items are well packaged for safety during transit, perishable items especially so. We take special care to ensure that all ceramic and glass items are safely packaged.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you item not be successfully delivered to you and is returned to us – we will ask to you pay an additional delivery charge of £4.99

 

Customs (International Deliveries)

We accept no liability for any customs charges made in recipient countries.  The customer is completely responsible for these.

 

Payment

All payments made through this site are processed by the payment gateway WorldPay which has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). WordlPay adhere to the most stringent levels of security, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. We accept the following credit cards through the payment gateway (please note that we do not accept Amex).

Returns Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from us, but we do understand that on occasion you may want to return an item. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the product(s) in the condition and packaging they were sent to you in within 14 days of receipt.

Used or customer-damaged goods cannot be refunded or exchanged. To arrange a return please contact us on 01280 821 452.

If your product(s) arrive damaged please call us on 01280 821 452 so that we can arrange a replacement, alternative item or refund.

All returns must be sent to 1 Well Street, Buckingham, MK18 1EW. We advise that returns are sent via recorded delivery for your peace of mind. Please note that we will not reimburse any return postage & packaging costs.

Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

Upon satisfactory receipt of any returns we will make a refund of the purchase price paid for the item, but will not refund either the cost of delivery charged by us or the cost for you to return the item.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
